If you are the director of a social justice organization and have less than five years experience, this monthly support group is a great opportunity to build peer relationships with others who are new in the role and to give and get support around issues such as supervision, board development, budgets, ways to keep growing in your position, and more.
Veteran Executive Directors Group
If you are the director of a social justice organization and have 5 or more years of experience, we invite you to participate in these regular peer-led sessions. At each meeting, the group will divide time between (1) supportive discussions of organizational challenges and (2) visioning and dialogue about steps to strengthen Philadelphia’s progressive movement and community.
